In this twentieth edition, all eyes have returned to the Danish city, to the dining room that until just a few days ago was second on this famous list: Geranium, by Danish chef Rasmus Kofoed. Founded in 2007, it hasn't taken long for this restaurant to climb to the top of the top 50 restaurants in the world. Its lucid, light and dynamic cuisine has not left indifferent the 1,080 members of the jury.
